They fire stations provide emergency service classes?
One of my Navy friends told me that some fire departments offer classes for EMT or paramedic. Anyway, I I did some searching on the internet and can not seem to find any info on this. Does anybody know if this is true? I was about to call my local Fire Department Planning Department. But I do not want to sound like an idiot when it totally wrong lol. Thanks in advance.
Most fire departments in fire awareness campaigns and fire safety programs set but do not offer emt training. Emt training is a field and is specailised emt of qualified specialists. The training is availabgle for fire officers, to qualify for further studies and want to change its role in the fire. In most cases, you have a fiery, apply for emt training. Some Employ and train emergency medical services, emt paramedic, then working in the field of emergency specailised-paramedic with the company that trains them. Start by a fire station and ask where you start the process. They are only too happy to help. Good luck.
